Worlds largest tractor ever is claimed to be the famous BigBud 747-16V, 760 hp when new - later 900 hp. South African company ACO produced a 800 hp tractor for a while but I don't think it is available anymore. Currently JD, CIH and NH procuce tractors of 450 hp while Agco-Challenger (Cat) is at 500 hp. There is supposed to be a Buhler crawler prototype at 525 hp also. Krone Big X self proppelled Forageharvester has 780 hp and a 12 row maizehead, currently the biggest availale. Not sure about the biggest Combine. Claas/Cat Lexion 480 would be a good guess but so would NH 980, JD STS and a few others. Deutx 8XL combine had 420 hp a few years back. I read somewhere it was the most at the time. Not sure now.
