No, it is a small independent (?) manufacturer from South Africa. They built a 800 hp tractor (ACO600) at one time. They then went bancrupt but re-emerged under the name ACO2000. They are featured in the Ultimate tractor Power-books as well as the Profi "HighTech farming around the world" Video.
