I believe that this is a transition tractor from when ford bought out versatile. It would have been a designation 6 tractor but the frame got blue paint instead of red and the roof and rims got white instead of yellow. What makes this "smurf" different from all the later tractors is the black hood. Ford Versatiles had blue hoods and a black stripe on the side. And they did have the ford emblem on the top of the grill.
