Always enjoy this site. I just read the Steiger History 1958 - 1989. I sometimes find that things get attributed to Steiger that aren't so and usually I just pass by the issue. I noted that the article states that in 1976 Steiger was the first to offer a PTO option on an articulated 4WD. Actually Versatile offered PTO as an option on the G125, D118, and D145 models beginning in 1967 and the 300 model of 1973 had PTO as standard equipment.
